I am seeking employment as a handyman/caretaker on small private ranch, vacation property, recreation area or for owners who have multiple properties needing someone for maintaining upkeep, security, animal supervision, feeding, snowplowing etc.
I have 20yrs experience (18 on upscale ranch near steamboat springs CO) as maintenance employee.I take pride in keeping buildings and grounds neat and organized.
I am capable of working alone without supervision and able to prioritize my work and pick up supplies as needed. I can multi-task but prefer to finish what I start. I pay attention to prices when buying supplies, I don't buy crap nor spend more on high dollar supplies when not needed.
I do not abuse equipment or animals. I believe in animal discipline but will not take part in abuse.
I have experience in:
- lite remodeling
- masonry
- basic electric, plumbing, carpentry
- guest preparation
- equipment maintenance
- equipment operation such as tractors, skid steer, backhoe
- firewood cutting
- hot tub maintenance
- snowplowing
- brush hogging
I would prefer to work in mountain states.
