I have spent 21yrs working on ranches where I have acquired many skills and still learning more today. I have spent 18 yrs on same upscale ranch in Colorado.
I am a healthy, fit, single 61 year old male searching for a new ranch home (full time or seasonal) in a mountain setting with a low stress environment.
I am by no means a professional builder but know a great deal about basic construction, electric, plumbing, mechanics. I have worked on everything from yard maintenance, lite remodeling to backhoe work and fencing. I am looking for owners permanent or absentees needing someone for general maintenance and upkeep on property, buildings and vehicles.
I'm a person who loves animals large and small and own a lab of my own.
I am a neat, clean and organized person and prefer my surroundings to be the same.
