- 1980-2008 Owner Operator (Grading Contractor)
Skilled in grading (skip loader, backhoe, operating all rubber tire loaders), welding, electrical, irrigation, grading plans, mechanic, and managing employees. - 2005-2008 Caltrans (Donner summit)
Snow removal, snow blowing and maintenance of county roads. - 2008-2014 Foreclosures
Contracted with banks to orchestrate and manage foreclosures, on private owned homes from start to finish.
Cleaned out and rehabilitated structures. - 2017-present Ranch Manager
oversee dirt and construction of horse arena and boarding areas (Horse footing), work on equipment, irrigation, participate in consultations with regards to lemon and avocado groves and future land improvement.
