We are a dedicated, hardworking management team with extensive experience in hunting ranch operations involving both native and exotic game species. We are passionate about wildlife management, exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining efficient, well-run ranch operations. We are highly adaptable professionals and proven problem-solvers who thrive in changing environments and take pride in finding practical solutions while keeping operations running smoothly.
Qualifications & Experience
- ✔ Hunting ranch operations and game management with native and exotic species
- ✔ Guiding experience in whitetail deer, exotic game, and upland bird hunting
- ✔ Land management experience, including habitat improvement, prescribed burning, and land restoration practices
- ✔ Past equine experience, including horse handling, care, and daily stable operations
- ✔ Owners and operators of a versatile hunting dog training business
- ✔ Guest relations, reservations, and lodge/facility management
- ✔ Website management, social media marketing, and local advertising to increase visibility and bookings
- ✔ Operational planning and budget management with a focus on efficiency, safety, and guest satisfaction
- ✔ Firearms proficiency and a strong commitment to safe and responsible firearm handling practices
- ✔ Maintenance and operation of ranch vehicles, equipment, and facilities
- ✔ Experience operating nearly all types of ranch equipment and machinery
- ✔ Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repair skills
- ✔ Ability to manage both small and large projects with minimal supervision
- ✔ Proven ability to identify cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing safety or guest satisfaction
