We are a married ranch management team with lifetime experience in agriculture. We would like to stay in the west or southwest region of Montana but will consider opportunities in other locations as well.
Keith is a self-motivated and progress-driven Ranch Manager with an extensive background in this industry with a long-standing record of initiative and innovation, he has developed and executed strategies, which he believes will bring value to your Ranch.
Throughout the course of his career, he has been fortunate to work with some observant knowledgeable land stewards and cattlemen who have shared their in-site and wisdom with him. Every outfit has its advantages and challenges in which he has the skills to identify these to benefit the ranch. He is an astute problem-solver capable of prioritizing and managing complex projects with proficiency. He enjoys brainstorming and coordinating efforts to achieve a common goal.
Dee brings experience and knowledge of working with animals, farming, and customer service. She has many years of experience in the Chemical and Fertilizer business with that comes bookkeeping and office management experience, she exercises leadership, decision-making, and project management in contribution of team efforts and organizational improvements. She has limitless ambition and drive, which is an inspiration to all. She also is a certified PEMF (Pulse Electromagnetic Field) practitioner, where she helps people/animals with joint/muscle discomfort feel better using the earth’s natural magnetic field… “In a Box”.
Keith is a lifelong Montana resident and is familiar with local trade areas, local climate, and natural resources – hunting, fishing as well as recreation and entertainment destinations.
