Looking for a ranch in Montana preferably. I’m a fourth generation rancher, looking to manage, or possibly lease the right property, and manage a cow calf operation.
I’m currently employed by none residents on a large property in central Montana. Owners are not meeting the housing requirements to make this operation efficient, and I’m burnt out on making ends meet.
My experience is hands on, born and raised in the agricultural industry, and I believe second to none. I take great pride in my cattle, and horses. I understand the demand on a daily basis, and I perform well under all circumstances, except for ignorance about the industry. I prefer working cattle on horseback, I can manage schedules, marketing, and delivery on all the economic fronts pertaining to all aspects of the livestock, and grain management process.
I’m looking for a long term, salary based, live on property opportunity, with livestock benefits. The terms and conditions I believe are always negotiable. I believe I offer much more then is expected, and I don’t cut corners. I definitely follow through with what I set up to do.
