I worked for several years as a ranch manager on a private 30 acre horse ranch in Larkspur , Colorado. My daily responsibilities included, cleaning stalls and barn, cleaning arena, dragging pastures, grooming horses, giving horses there daily meds, bi-weekly meds and monthly meds.
I serviced and maintained all facilities and owners residence. Scheduled all vendors, and trained all staff. I serviced and maintained all ranch equipment, ranch truck and trailer, Bobcat, Kubota tractor, 4-wheeler, etc… I lived onsite and purchased all feed and maintenance supplies.
I am currently a property manager in Oregon, I have been for a couple years now. My passion is the ranch, I admit it.
I am looking for a permanent long term position. I am 52 years old and in good health. I was also a working maintenance electrician for 20 years. I bring a strong mechanical background. I am a man of faith, so I believe in honor and integrity.
