We are a hardworking and dependable couple seeking a long-term ranch caretaker position. We have strong experience in horse care, ranch maintenance, fencing, equipment use, and general property upkeep. We are comfortable working in remote environments and all weather conditions and understand the responsibility that comes with caring for land and animals year-round.

Addie has extensive experience with horses including daily care, feeding, grooming, groundwork, colt starting, and natural horsemanship. She has worked as a riding instructor and barn staff and has experience with young and green horses, mustangs, ranch horses, and performance horses.

Haiden has a strong background in physical labor, construction, fencing, chainsaw work, and equipment operation. His experience includes farm work, cattle care, metal fabrication, masonry, and pipeline labor. He is mechanically minded, dependable, and experienced working long hours outdoors.

We are reliable, respectful, and take pride in maintaining property to a high standard. We would need to bring one personal horse with us and are happy to discuss care, space, and expectations to ensure it is a good fit for everyone. We are seeking a stable, long-term opportunity where we can contribute dedication, responsibility, and pride in our work.
