Work Experience Bio:
Growing up on a farm in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, I was immersed in the world of ranching from an early age. Under the guidance of my parents, I developed a understanding and appreciation for caring for a wide array of animals, including cattle, goats, horses, pigs, chickens, dogs, and ducks. My upbringing instilled in me a strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility that has guided me throughout my life.
From a young age, I actively participated in rodeo, honing my skills in horseback riding, bull riding, and steer wrestling. This hands-on experience not only taught me the art of riding but also provided me with invaluable insight into the care and management of livestock. As a chute worker at rodeo events, I gained firsthand experience in handling cattle and ensuring their welfare during competitions.
Beyond the arena, I was deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of our farm. From building barns to bucking hay, cleaning stalls, and managing inventory, I developed a diverse skill set essential for ranch maintenance. I’m proficient in horse grooming and basic veterinary care, ensuring the well-being of our animals was always a top priority. Additionally, I have experience operating tractors, trucks, and trailers, facilitating various tasks around the ranch.
During my time in Sanford, Florida, pursuing studies at Reformation Bible College, I’ve continued to uphold the values instilled in me by my upbringing. While balancing my academic pursuits, I remain committed to contributing to the agricultural community during breaks and summers. I am flexible and willing to work full-time around my class schedule, bringing my strong work ethic and passion for ranching to any position I undertake.
I approach every task with dedication and integrity, seeking opportunities to learn and grow within the ranching industry. My upbringing has taught me the value of hard work, honesty, and perseverance, qualities I bring to every aspect of my life.
