Hello, my name is BJ D., I am in pursuit of a long term opportunity with a recreational ranch family of whom I can proudly represent, service and render as a beneficial asset.

I was born and raised on the Norias Division of King Ranch (Grandfather and Father ran it for 52 years). I am a committed leader and proven achiever with the highest level of organizational skills, detail orientation and knowledge of ranches. Most importantly, I am an honest, fair, respectful and overall good person who is eager to share my passion for wildlife and ranches. You will not find anyone more dependable and excited to work with you! If you are looking for a trustworthy, dependable and meticulous person to work with, I firmly believe that you would be nothing but satisfied in working with me. My better half, Lacy, and I do not have kids and we both have come from ranch families. It’s in our blood. She has her Master’s Degree and would also be interested in a position. I do have a degree from Southwestern University. My clean background includes both ranch and business experience. 10+ years of Ranch Skills Experience: (King Ranch, El Tule Ranch, Rosebud Ranch)

Genuine, Positive and Effective Communication Skills
Maintaining facilities, homes, repairs, approval coordination to super clean standards
Hospitality, managing and coordinating Client/ Guest Groups
Confident in Managing, hunting, aging, targeting and culling Deer
Managing feeders, deer feed, nutrition, age and genetics as it relates to deer antlers
Guided Successful Hunts – Deer and Dove
Coordinate Travel and accommodations for guests and owners
Competent basic electrical, irrigation, landscaping, plumbing
Confident with Vehicles and Ranch Machinery (ATVs, Tractors, Mowers, ZeroTurn, Mules, Chainsaw, Weed Eaters etc).
