I am seeking a new opportunity to manage a large property, homestead, or ranch in Northwest Montana. I have extensive experience working on high-end, large properties and managing all aspects of operations from cattle, to landscaping, to fire mitigation, to construction and repair, to irrigation, to snow removal and much more. I have worked for clients who appreciate anonymity and have remained discreet while also finding the best vendors and subcontractors for my homeowners. In my most current role, I have been the eyes, ears, and voice for a family who can only enjoy their property during certain times of year. I am here to be sure things run smoothly, are safe and protected, and are ready for them to enjoy at any time of year.
I have 25 years of experience in construction and I have built high-end homes and managed both residential, commercial, and agricultural properties. My construction background, and my connections to so many local contractors, has allowed me to maintain properties while also helping them grow, be remodeled, and improved. I truly have had my hand in every aspect of large property management and care, and I am not afraid to do the hard work, put in long hours, and be 100% committed to my job. I believe that a manager needs to model what they expect from anyone who they have working on the property and I lead by being a hard worker who rarely slows down.
