Tanya M.
This is not your normal job-seeking position, I am seeking to help you for free on your property, and give you money as well. Let me explain:
I live in Paradise Valley, Montana, and have for many years. I have a professional career, and I work full-time Monday – Friday. For several years now, I (and countless other locals) have been caught in between a real estate market that has gone off the charts, and a long-term rental market that has disappeared due to Air B&B vacation rentals. In the past 10 years, I have lost three beautiful long-term rentals to being sold off. For the past 18 months, I have been living in a month-to-month furnished house, with my furniture, personal belongings, etc., packed up in a storage unit.
After so long, not being in a home of my own, and without my beautiful rustic furnishings and belongings, It’s getting the best of me. I hoped it would be temporary, but it has been endless. It doesn’t feel like my home, because it’s not. It’s an awful feeling.
What I want to propose, is if anybody has an unfurnished house/apt, 1-2 bedroom, on their property that I can rent, it would mean the world to me. I offer my help for free to them around my full-time hours (mornings/evenings). I don’t want a break on rent, I just want an unfurnished place to call my own, so I can feel normal again. Animals are my favorite, I am in my glory and element around animals and nature. If you have horses or other livestock, it would be my pleasure. I was raised in the saddle and I have a horse, but he does not have to come with me. He is happy at a friend’s local ranch, where he has been for years. I would be glad to help with anything you may need. I am a single female, no kids, just one sweet old dog who comes everywhere with me, and two indoor cats. I am quiet, private, honest, respectable and responsible. I am active and love being outside.
My background: college educated, two degrees in law. I have worked with local attorneys in Livingston for years, and I worked in Yellowstone National Park year-round, for four years, in an administrative role. I am a member of the community with a good reputation. I do not hang out at local bars. My free time is spent hanging with horses and doing anything outside. I am very friendly with a huge heart. I have lots of friends, and most of them are local generational Montana families, true salt of the earth people. My kind of people. I can offer you great local references, professional, rental and personal. If this sounds like something that just may work for you, or for someone you know, please reach out. It would mean the world to me to get back to some sort of normal. Thank you.
