Experience: Ranch sizes from 500 – 64,000 acres with herds of cattle from 100- 3,000 head. Commercial and registered. Cow calf, grass fed and replacement’s. Also have experience with some exotics and horses.
Experience managing your typical cattle operation to high end recreational/hunting operations which have included hunting lodges and high end homes. Managing day to day operations, overseeing all employees as well as hiring, training and firing. Overseeing new construction maintaining grounds and all structures. Some plumbing and general repair experience. Ranch security. Predator control. Assisting and guiding hunts. Guest services and relations with a whatever it takes attitude.
Great communication skills. General computer and bookkeeping skills. Can understand enough Spanish to get by. My Wife could possibly be available for employment as well with booking keeping skills/event planning and managing experience/extensive horse management and vet assistant experience.
Willing to Relocate.
