I'm in search of jobs in Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada, Texas, California ETC that are wrangler jobs, Pen Rider in a feedlot jobs, or ranch cowboy positions. I'm looking for something that will start around January 1st 2021 and only something that will last long term.
I am currently a seasonal govt horse and mule packer and can always return to my job if I desire but I am looking for somewhere I can stay in place for a long period of time as I have a family. A riding job is my main focus. I currently am a govt packer and I will pack for an elk outfitter this fall in Colorado. I have worked on multiple Cattle and Dude ranches.
Most my work experience has been on top of a horse or under one shoeing them. However, I have also served in the U.S. Military, Law Enforcement, and Wildland Fire. I would really like a long term ranch job or a feedlot riding job. I have a wife and 2 young boys, im a Christian, I don't smoke, and enjoy beer sparingly in the right setting. I can ride well, shoe well, fix fence, drive tractors, feed and maintain animals in remote areas etc.
