Young Ranch Couple Seeking Work:

Husband/wife team (or one of us) looking for long-term position that is family-oriented and operates with honesty and integrity.

Husband has experience in calving (up to 600+ head alone), working cattle in low stress setting via horseback and ATV/UTV. Hauling cattle either truck and trailer or semi and cattle trailer (no CDL but could acquire). Has worked for dairies, potato/corn farms, cowboy outfits, construction business operating heavy equipment, pivot business as head welder, and law enforcement. Has experience in starting and driving teams for feeding elk and cattle, doctoring either horseback or in chute, gathering, fencing, mechanic work, haying, guest ranch experience in extremely remote area in Yellowstone Park, along with being a caretaker in the past.

Wife has degrees in business and equine science. Years’ experience with horses, colts, halter breaking, groundwork, has started a couple but does not consider herself a horse trainer/colt starter. Experience with haying, some calving, working cattle in low stress setting, gathering via horseback or ATV/UTV, chute work, fencing, caretaker, and typical office job duties (prefer to work outside).

We will both pass background/drug tests and can provide references upon request to verify our job experience. We have strived to be all-around hands so that we can be the kind of help that is an asset to a ranch.

We have our own very well-behaved dogs, and our own horses. Very comfortable in extremely remote locations. If you’re just looking to hire 1 of us, it would need to be a place within reasonable distance to other job opportunities for the other spouse. Open to any location depending on opportunity, but prefer MT, ID or WY.
