Hello! We are a young, motivated couple ready to relocate immediately to join a family ranch, lodge, or estate as live-in caretakers.

Henrique:

• Grew up on cattle ranches in Brazil; 2+ years full-time on a large cattle ranch in Texas.
• Skills: cattle care, spotting sick animals early, doctoring, fencing, water systems, tractors, UTVs, basic mechanics, pasture work, and general maintenance.
• Calm, proactive, honest, and enjoys hard work in rural, remote places.

Hemilly:

• Runs a professional cleaning business — Shiny Touch Cleaning (https://www.instagram.com/shinytouch.clean) — with strong hospitality and housekeeping skills.
• Experience preparing spaces for clients, maintaining organization, laundry, and animal care.
• Loves animals and is comfortable with guest support and cleaning at high standards.

Languages:

• Henrique: Native Portuguese, Advanced Spanish, Intermediate English (enough to communicate well).
• Hemilly: Native Portuguese, Intermediate Spanish, Basic English (improving daily).

What We’re Looking For:

• A long-term caretaker/ranch position where we can take responsibility, give our best, and care for the land and property as if it were our own.
• We are legally able to work in the U.S., non-smokers, occasional alcohol only, and open to background checks. References available.

Skills & Strengths:

• Livestock care, fencing, water systems, and pasture maintenance
• Tractor and equipment operation (UTV, skid steer, mowers)
• Housekeeping, hospitality, Airbnb turnover, and organization
• Gardening and grounds maintenance
• Trustworthy, dependable, proactive team
