Private ranch in Colorado seeks a manager to care for the residences, outbuildings and grounds. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate.
The residential ranch and grounds manager will work with a senior ranch manager.
We are seeking an experienced manager that will be responsible for the upkeep of a private residence, adjacent facilities, and surrounding land, including the security of the property. The manager will ensure that the property and buildings are always maintained to the highest possible standards and operating conditions.
This is a hands-on position, and the manager will be expected to handle the maintenance and task in-house whenever possible and outsource only when necessary. The manager will live onsite in a beautiful custom build home.
Experience in all aspects of property management is essential, maintenance and hospitality skills are a plus.
Must have verifiable references, be well organized, a self-starter with a solid and focused work ethic, and able to work both on your own and with a team.
