Facilities manager maintains the buildings and grounds of the ranch, directing staff and overseeing the upkeep of equipment and supplies. The facilities manager will make sure the buildings and grounds are maintained, which entails daily and weekly schedules as well as determining and scheduling repairs, renovation projects, waste reduction improvements and safety inspections.
Facilities manager is in charge of a budget and must negotiate with outside vendors for supplies, repairs and other measures. Facilities manager oversees groundskeepers, maintenance workers, and works in conjunction with custodial staff on occasion.
They will assure the effective functioning of the facility to provide an efficient and safe environment for clients and employees and their activities by using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes to meet the needs of the company.
Salary: $48,000 plus gratuities, R&B
