Caretaker needed for remote 140 acre private family property in SW Oregon.
Duties include occasional mowing and brush control to maintain trails and wildfire barrier around structures, maintaining some irrigation, structures, etc.
3 room cabin with plumbing (from spring) and septic, wood stove, no electricity. Cell phone coverage is good.
Property borders the Illinois River. Property has a couple unfenced acres of irrigated pasture, else wooded, rough and steep terrain.
Caretaker needs to be self sufficient and very handy. Absolutely no illegal drugs. Background check will be necessary.
No salary, just a beautiful private place to live. Owner to pay for repairs and materials.
