Seeking a full-time Property General Manager (PGM) for a high-end ranch in North-Central Colorado. The ranch maintains a guest operation with a top of the line lodge offering fishing, hunting, winter activities, and other outdoor pursuits. Along with the guest operation, the ranch maintains over 2,000 animal units year-round and provides seasonal grazing for over 6,000 yearlings.
The PGM will be responsible for the agriculture, infrastructure, construction, and grounds. This includes overseeing and working with the Cattle Manager and Operations Manager.
Additionally, the PGM will work with the Guest and Hunting Managers.
A successful candidate must have experience and knowledge in a wide array of subjects including: hay production, flood irrigation, maintaining buildings and grounds, construction, horses, cattle, hospitality, managing large properties, employee supervision and working as a member of a team.
Candidate should have the following traits: highly motivated, high self-esteem, good communicator, management skills, flexibility, self-starter and honest.
