12,000 acre ranch property located at the base of the Beartooth Mountains in Roscoe, MT. The Ranch has been in the Mackay family since 1901. The Ranch hosts abundant wildlife including deer, moose, elk, bears and five miles of river access for fishing. Summer cattle grazing helps to maintain pastures. The Lazy EL is looking for a resident, well-rounded couple to fill two positions. Housing and utilities are provided on the ranch.
The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring ranch facilities are maintained to the highest standards, agricultural and natural resources are protected and utilized carefully, and day-to-day ranch operations are carried out in accordance with the policies, procedures and objectives of the Ranch. Experience with landscape, building and equipment maintenance is required. The Property Manager will work directly with the Management Team and the Board of Directors.
The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for all aspects of guest services on the ranch, including serving as the primary point of contact for guests and overseeing housekeeping operations.
Communication and administrative skills are of the utmost importance.
