Energetic, team-oriented individual to manage 1,500 acre property, including shareholders homes and guest cabins.
Individual must have initiative, responsibility and a genuine interest in people.
Property Manager duties will include but not limited to:
- Basic accounting/bookkeeping for ranch income and expense
- Hiring and supervising seasonal workers
- General maintenance and upkeep of structures and grounds
- General Security of ranch
- Scheduling cleaning for cabins and owner homes
- Continue/establish good working relationship with vendors, contractors, pasture tenant and neighbors
- Interact professionally with each homeowner and guests
- Report directly to President
