We are seeking a qualified and experienced On-Site Property Manager to manage the upkeep and maintenance of a large residential estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the property is well-maintained and running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising maintenance and upkeep of the estate, including landscaping, pool cleaning, and general property maintenance.
- Maintaining and enforcing the estate’s rules and regulations.
- Coordinating with outside contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance and repairs.
- Managing the inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment needed for the upkeep of the estate.
- Maintaining records of expenses, repairs, and maintenance work done on the property.
- Ensuring that the property is secure and safe for residents and guests.
- Monitoring the use of utilities, such as water and electricity, to ensure that they are used efficiently.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a property manager or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of estate maintenance and management practices, including landscaping, pool maintenance, and general maintenance.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to perform various maintenance tasks, including lifting and carrying equipment and supplies.
- Experience with horse care
