We’re hiring a Ranch Adventure Guide & Hand : A unique role for someone who thrives at the intersection of hospitality, outdoor recreation, and real ranch life. This is not a typical ranch job and it’s not just guiding trips. It’s both. Our primary focus will be creating exceptional guest experiences, leading: Guided horseback trail rides, UTV backcountry adventures , Skeet shooting experiences and an Evening Cowboy Cookout. Beyond guiding, you’ll be part of the full ranch operation. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly the point.
Ranch Work Responsibilities include: Feeding, watering, and general care of livestock (horses, cattle, sheep) Assisting with trailing, branding, medicating, and birthing, Fence, corral, and structure building/maintenance , General ranch upkeep and land stewardship.
What we are looking for: Prior experience with horseback trail rides, Loves working with people just as much as working outdoors Has experience (or strong interest) ranching and guiding. Can shift from leading a guest experiences to fixing a fence without missing a beat. Housing is included and is in a dorm style bunk house on the ranch.
