Willamette Coast Ride
Seasonal position, nice separate housing provided with utilities and wifi, salary, the opportunity to ride out on the trail if ability warrants, training available to the right person, minimum of two-month commitment, must submit riding video if stating candidate is a rider. Candidate must be fit, must not smoke, must provide two work references, must have a valid driver's license.
Job to include but not be limited to: tack cleaning, power washing, weed trimming, painting, tacking up, grooming, clean vehicles, stay with our children when we are out at the coast, possible some food prep, drive our kids if needed, have instagram knowledge/expertise – could be helpful
We ride English, we train English, we do cross country jumping, fyi. We are looking for someone who is tidy, on time, likes to organize, has initiative to get jobs done.
About Willamette Coast Ride:
The Willamette Coast Ride is a once in a lifetime experience that offers riders a chance to see some of the most beautiful and varied scenery in the Pacific Northwest. We offer this experience for only twelve weeks per year during the months of May through October. This equestrian holiday is a progressive ride that covers terrain in three very distinct environments. Riders will experience the picturesque agricultural land of the Willamette Valley and ride through portions of coastal range mountains – Oregon’s temperate rain-forest and the awe inspiring coast where the majestic Pacific shapes Oregon’s beaches.
