Caretaker needed for a 160 acre, off grid ranch starting in May or June.

Must be non-smoker, dependable and clean.

The property lies at the base of Sequoia Park and Mineral King.

Duties include: pasture irrigation, irrigation repairs, mowing, dirt road and barbwire fence maintenance (Cattle do most of the mowing).

Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical, propane (solar/P.V.) systems a plus.

Included are a monthly stipend and caretaker cabin with wood heat, propane stove, small refrigerator and bathroom.
