Larsen Veterinary & Embryo Transfer
In search of a full-time Ranch Employee. The ranch sector of our family-owned company focuses on a cow/calf operation, donor herd care and recipient herd management. We are a diversified, fast-paced and hard-working team.
Duties include feeding, fencing, haying, herd care, assistance with large embryo transfer projects, and maintenance of grounds & equipment. Cattle handling experience is required, with AI training an advantage. Mechanical, welding and light construction skills also beneficial.
Position will be long-term for someone who is a self-starter, dependable and willing to grow with the operation. Must be able to adapt while working alone and with others. Excellent wages based on skills & experience. We currently have a small farm house available or can assist in finding housing that meets your needs.
We are located just minutes from Valentine, NE, a scenic town of approximately 3,000 people with excellent health care, schools, restaurants, shopping and many recreational opportunities (hunting, fishing, golf, rodeo and water sports).
