The Ranch at Birch Creek is seeking a Ranch / Equestrian Manager. We are a beautiful and growing ranch located in Livermore, California. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is eager to grow personally and professionally together with us! We offer a competitive pay and incentive structure.

Key Responsibilities include:

Managing ranch day-to-day operations (purchasing and managing expenses).
Leading ranch Marketing efforts to cultivate ongoing interest, events and boarding at the facility.
Maintain boarding stall occupancy
Recruit, supervise and retain other ranch staff (i.e. ranch hands).
Understand ranch operations and implement efficiencies to streamline daily operations.
Manage relationships and be a key point person for horse trainers (dressage, hunter/jumper, western) and boarders.
Maintain cleanliness, integrity and appearance of ranch property.

Skills required:

Prior experience working at a ranch.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite, including Excel.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Must love being active and outdoors and love horses.
Proficiency in operating ranch and equestrian equipment.

Benefits:

Salary Position
Compensation:
o $4,000.00 per month
o Commission bonus of $100 per occupied stall, up to 52 stalls paid monthly
