Diversified cow/calf and row crop operation in North East Custer County, Nebraska is seeking one full time ranch/farm hand.
Duties include all aspects of herd health, calving, feeding operation (background calves over winter) haying, maintenance, and pasture care.
We use horses and side by sides with focus on easy cattle handling and low stress operations. This is NOT a “Cowboy” job.
Very nice family home provided. NO indoor pets. Up to three horses may come along as well. Salary based on experience. Other benefits too numerous to mention. This is a family operation, we all work together, no job is beneath another, and we ALL set the bar high. Those who can’t show up on time, sober, need not apply.
