Ranch Foreman – Facility / Infrastructure Maintenance, Land Stewardship, Wildlife Management, and Equestrian Background: 2,000 acre ranch / development is seeking a full-service ranch foreman to oversee the operation, care and use of 1,500 acres of open space, small longhorn cattle herd, equestrian program, whitetail deer hunting program and amenities.
The ideal candidate for this position will take an approach as any ranch owner would take, setting and managing priorities, looking towards the long-term needs of the ranch community, and making prudent decisions.
- Looking for someone who has a passion for whitetail management and land stewardship.
- Experience managing ranch improvement projects and equipment.
- Experience with livestock and horses.
- Proficient Computer Skills – understanding of basic software, email and spreadsheets.
- Applicant will undergo a background check, including both a criminal and a driving background check.
- Monday – Friday – 40 hours per week.
- Compensation varies – $60k & up annually; based on experience. Housing is not provided.
