We are seeking a General Manager for our Ranch, a family-owned Ranch on the island of Molokai, Hawaii.
Our central business is a Retreat Center, supported by a biodynamic Farm and Orchard and renewable energy sources. Other business on the ranch include: Grass-fed Cattle operation, Axis Deer Hunting operation, Native Plant Nursery for landscape restoration, Seed Company, and Honey/Queen Bee business.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced land Manager with a business orientation, good communication skills, experience in sustainable land stewardship and natural resource management as well as a working knowledge of ranch systems and animals. Experience in tropical or semi-tropical ecosystems are preferred.
Duties of the Manager include administrative and legal oversight of the Ranch, oversight of on-site managers and staff, and representation of the Ranch in the community. The General manager is supported by an off-site business office, and also reports to the owner. Competitive salary and benefits. Private residence on the Ranch is provided.
