Private Company
We are looking for a single person or a couple that would be willing to come and work on our summer base of operation. We have cattle here from June to November. During this time, the job would include: moving 5 wheel lines daily, maintaining perimeter fence around private property, monitoring irrigation pond and pumps, dragging irrigated fields in the spring, draining and winterizing irrigation system in the fall, checking and maintaining water troughs for cattle, assisting in occasional cattle shipping and receiving however there are two hands that will do most of this.
The remainder of the year is filled with cleaning/organizing, inside welding projects, snow plowing and general care taking. It will also include feeding and looking after about 12 head of ranch horses through the winter.
This job is for a remote ranch in northern Wyoming. 1 hour from nearest town (Cody, Wyoming)
