Ranch Hand Job Opportunity – Ideal for a Couple (RV Living on Property)
Location: Bluffdale, Texas
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site (RV Hookups Available)
We are looking for a dependable, hard-working couple to help operate and maintain a 400-acre (and growing) private ranch estate. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity with RV hookups provided for on-site living.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Heavy equipment operation (tractors, skid steers, etc.)
- Road maintenance and construction (grading, building new access routes)
- Livestock care (feeding, water, fencing, pen/barn upkeep)
- House and guest lodge maintenance: cleaning, basic repairs, prepping for visitors
- Weekly upkeep of ranch structures
- Seasonal mowing and pasture management of 100+ acres
- Fence repair, weed control, and general land management
- Occasional assistance with events, projects, or seasonal activities
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
- Prior ranch or farm experience is a must
- Skilled in heavy machinery operation and general maintenance
- Comfortable with physical, outdoor labor in all seasons
- Organized and detail-oriented with property upkeep
- RV-living ready with a clean and self-sufficient setup
- Honest, reliable, and drug-free
- Pet-friendly environment
