White Ghost Ranch
We are seeking a hands-on, physically fit, and team-oriented couple or team to join our hardworking crew at our private, family-owned ranch. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in nature while focusing on the management and conservation of Whitetail Deer and other wildlife across our property.
Responsibilities:
- Daily care, feeding, and pen maintenance
- Assist with AI, darting, fawning season, and herd health
- Process harvested game and maintain feeders and blinds. May require guiding during hunting season.
- Support wildlife management efforts year-round
- Care for herd of 70+ cattle. Assist with calving and general livestock operations
- Skilled with ranch equipment and general maintenance
- Assist with construction and improvement projects
- Fence repair and general land upkeep, etc
- Willing to work long days in various weather conditions
- Maintain ranch house, luxury lodge, guest cabin, barns, and deer facility. Ensure facilities are clean, organized, and welcoming for guest. Super clean standards

No alcohol during working hours
On-Site Housing; including paid utilities.
