A large exotic hunting ranch in Tennessee is seeking a motivated, hardworking ranch hand with experience in guiding hunts and hospitality.
Looking for self-starter who can anticipate daily requirements. Must be able to relocate and live in provided housing on site.
Total compensation salary, tips, housing and utilities.

Responsibilities Include:
- Guiding Hunts (experience required)
- Operating farm and excavating equipment
- Customer Relations & Hospitality
- Preparing for guest, meal preparation
- Property management (fences, fields, roads and wooded areas)
- Herd Management (exotic deer species, elk & buffalo)
- Welding experience helpful
