MB Performance Horses
Looking for 1 ranch hand (duties include but not limited to cleaning stalls, feeding and checking waters, small ranch maintenance).
Housing with utilities provided.
Looking for 1 motivated intern to join my reined cow horse program.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in a professional reined cow horse operation and learn what it takes to develop horses from the ground up.
You’ll have the chance to learn about:
- Colt starting
- Herd work, rein work and fence work
- Horse care and daily ranch operations
- Horsemanship, mindset and building willing, confident horses
If you don’t want to clean stalls, if you think you’re too good to be an intern, do not apply.
I’m looking for people who are:

- Eager to learn
- Passionate about horses
- Positive, coachable and willing to put in the work
Whether you’re hoping to become a trainer or simply want to expand your horsemanship, this is an opportunity to immerse yourself in a high-level training program.
