Flying U Ranch
Ranch Hand/Junior Wrangler: The ranch hand reports directly to the Senior Wrangler, and to the Property Manager. Duties are split between horse maintenance, and property maintenance. Develop ranching and equine skills, while honing your trade. This position will be fluid in duties required, full time, and seasonal (May-October).
Our ranch hand position includes hands on work with the horses, and direct maintenance of grounds and properties.
Some labour involved, carpentry/ construction experience an asset.
Experience with farm equipment (chainsaw, tractor, axe etc.) an asset.
Requires Class 5 Drivers License
Farming, ranching, and knowledge of local environment preferred.
