We are hiring experienced, reliable, hardworking Ranch Hands to join our 70-horse professional stable, riding facility, and therapeutic ranch.
📍 Location: Shadow Hills, CA
⏰ Schedule / Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (weekdays & weekends / weekdays & weekends)
💵 Pay / Payment: Competitive hourly rate, paid weekly
Responsibilities
✔️ Muck & clean stalls / Clean stables
✔️ Feed & handle horses
✔️ Ranch maintenance (fences, irrigation, repairs)
✔️ Operate ranch equipment
✔️ Follow safety protocols
Requirements
🔹 18+ years old / Have 18+ years
🔹 Reliable transportation / Reliable transportation
🔹 Ability to lift 50 lbs
🔹 1+ year ranch/farm/equine experience
🔹 No gossip, no drama – only integrity
