Responsibilities:
Animal Care:
- Feed and water livestock
- Monitor animal health and assist with breeding and birthing
- Administer medications and vaccinations
Equipment Maintenance:
- Maintain and repair equipment, fences, and buildings
- Operate heavy machinery (e.g., tractors, skid steers)
General Tasks:
- Assist with planting and harvesting crops
- Perform general maintenance and repairs around the ranch
- Help with seasonal tasks like branding and roundups
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience operating heavy equipment
- Knowledge of livestock handling and care
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license
