4 Diamond Ranch
Nestled between the Crazy and Bridger Mountains in the picturesque Shields Valley the 4 Diamond Ranch is adding a new position. We are looking for a person to join our team as the Irrigation/Fencing Lead. The mission of the 4 Diamond Ranch is to produce high quality grass finished beef using innovative grazing and cattle management techniques while employing the best of traditional western ranching practices. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, willing to try new ways of doing things while respecting tradition, and the desire to be part of a great community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and execution of all irrigation (pivots, flood, and gated pipe). Candidate will work with contractors performing hay harvest operations. Position will take lead responsibility for fence maintenance and new construction/removal. Position will also assist in summer grazing and take a lead role in winter care of yearlings.
Position will assist in all other ranch operations as needed.
