We are looking for a motivated, self-starter to join our team as a Ranch Hand. This position requires someone who is reliable, hardworking, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working with and feeding cattle
- Calving (both night and day shifts)
- Herd health management
- Irrigation and haying
- Fencing and general ranch maintenance
- Operating machinery and performing machinery maintenance
- Heavy lifting as required
Requirements:
- Must be a self-motivated individual
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
