500 cow/calf operation in NW South Dakota Black Angus cattle.

Experience needed with:

• Calving cows/tagging calves on open range ~ March-May
• Must be willing to put in long hours during spring storms
• Vaccinating-dart gun/ chute run
• Branding/trailing/sorting/pairing up
• Fencing-building new. Repairing old.
• Feeding livestock with tractor and hay processor
• Haying experience preferred. Swathing and baling

We use modern JD equipment and require top notch maintenance and care of equipment.

Hay hauling experience with semi and hay trailer (30 bales)

We use ATV and horses for cattle work – your choice.

Welding experience helpful.

Housing provided. 2 bedroom 2 half bath mini-home with large entry

Work vehicle provided.

Beef provided.

Will provide pasture and hay for 2 horses. No dogs.

Wages depends on experience.
