Arrowleaf Ranch in Sherman, TX is looking for a few helping hands!

We are transitioning from a bred heifer to a cow calf operation. We also run a flock of sheep, pigs, and soon chickens. We are moving toward a more regenerative approach to land and animal management. We will be selling meat direct to consumers.

Duties may include but aren’t limited to:

  • Helping to herd, sort, tag, doctor, castrate, and manage cattle, sheep, pigs
  • Fencing, water trough maintenance, feeding livestock and herding dogs, cleaning kennels
  • Operate machinery: tractor, skid steer, truck and trailer, four wheeler, chainsaw and weed eater

Report to the ranch manager on other tasks as needed.

$15/hr start

Work week Wed-Sun

Weekend Mon-Tue
