Trails End Ranch is a dynamic family-owned operation situated at the base of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, near Westcliffe, Colorado. The ranch itself has multiple programs, including guest vacation rentals, a stocker cattle program (600-800 head) farming (irrigated hay) and a full-service guided hunt program.
The ranch is in search of a well-rounded ranch employee or couple to evolve with the ranch through hard work, determination and dedication to success. A strong candidate should have the following interests and/or strengths:

- A propensity to finish with timeliness and excellence
- Commitment to detail and to maintaining the highest standards
What you will be doing:
- Assist in all aspects of operating the ranch
- Machinery operation (hay and industrial equipment)
- Care for stocker cattle (pasture rotation, doctoring, loading and unloading) by utilizing low stress handling techniques.
- Guiding big game hunts (Elk, Mule Deer, Antelope, Black Bear) in season.
- Maintenance and care for facilities, equipment and fences.
- Improving Trails End Ranch every day.
Responsibilities may evolve with the ranch overtime.
