WE’RE HIRING!

We’re looking for a hardworking, dependable individual to join our team in Smith, Nevada!

This is a hands-on position with a little bit of everything! Responsibilities include feeding, watering, and handling horses, cleaning pens and water troughs, manure removal, general ranch maintenance, shop cleaning and organization, weed management in our hay fields, equipment maintenance, and assisting with hay production throughout the summer season.

Hours may vary during summer season.

Our horses and other livestock are privately owned and cared for on the property. As our operation continues to grow, there may also be opportunities to assist with cattle care and management in the future.

No two days are quite the same around here, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in their work.

Experience is a plus, but absolutely not required! We’re more than willing to train the right person. What matters most to us is a strong work ethic, dependability, initiative, good organizational skills, and a genuine willingness to learn.
