Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Ranch Hand to support daily ranch operations and general maintenance activities. This role involves a wide range of physical, hands-on work essential to keeping the ranch operating smoothly. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working outdoors year-round. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys physical work, variety in daily tasks, and being part of a small, team-oriented ranch environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Mowing, brush control, and general property upkeep
- Fence construction, repair, and maintenance
- Operating ranch equipment and tools
- Assisting with building and facility maintenance
- Supporting general ranch operations as assigned
Requirements
- Experience with farm or ranch equipment and general maintenance preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license
- Physically able to lift, bend, and perform manual labor
- Dependable, punctual and self-motivated
- Willingness to learn and work independently
- Must be able to pass both a credit and criminal background check
Additional Information
This is an hourly, hands-on position focused on labor and maintenance, not a management role.
