Full-time ranch hand needed on a family ranch in the Laramie Mountains (outside of Douglas, WY). Flexible start date now through early summer.

Duties include working with a small team to manage cow/calf operation; harvest hay; irrigate; move cattle; fix fence, etc.—everything to keep a ranch running smoothly.

Our mission is raising quality cattle in a humane, sustainable, regenerative, and community-focused environment. We are GAP-4 certified and a Savory affiliate.

Benefits include housing (dormitory-style or private); utilities; WiFi; and beef when available. Ranch vehicles provided while on the job. Salary based on experience.

Seeking someone with a track record demonstrating reliability, self-drive, grit, and ability to work in varying weather conditions. You understand that ranching is not a 9-5 job. A positive attitude, compassion for animals, commitment to healthy land, and love of the outdoors a must.

Horseback skills appreciated but not required; mechanic skills a plus, as well as experience irrigating and farming. Do you have a knack for seeing things that need to be done and doing them? Are you exceptional at staying organized? Keeping your workspace clean? Problem solving? Caring for animals and machinery? We want to hear from you!

Start date negotiable and open now; long-term commitment ideal.
