Our farm is looking for a dependable, hardworking ranch hand to help with daily farm operations. This position is Monday through Friday, but the right person must also be willing and available to work some weekends when needed or be available if something comes up on the farm.
Responsibilities include helping feed and care for animals, fixing and maintaining fences, assisting with haying, operating and maintaining farm equipment, general farm repairs, cleaning, and helping wherever needed around the farm.
We are looking for someone with farm experience who is reliable, self-motivated, and willing to jump in on any task. This is a hands-on job, so you must be comfortable working outside in all weather and around cattle, pigs, and other livestock.
Experience with cattle, tractors, hay equipment, fencing, and general farm maintenance is preferred.
Requirements:
Must be dependable, have a strong work ethic, be able to problem-solve, and be willing to do whatever needs to be done to keep the farm running smoothly.
