Farm in central Kentucky searching for Ranch Hand / Groundskeeper.

Comprehensive grounds keeping includes: Cutting back trees, chain-sawing, mowing, weed-eating, etc. Strong attention to detail and the ability to lift 50 pounds + is a must.

There are no animals to care for.

Groundskeeper will work hand in hand with property owner and may have direct impact on business activities. Advancement potential. It’s a plus if you can operate a Tractor, Chipper, Bobcat, etc.

Desire to work outdoors in all weather conditions and kind disposition is a must.

2 bedroom housing included (with utilities and water). Couples welcome. Good school district nearby.
