Wilson Ranches Retreat is seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our 8th-generation family-owned and operated cattle ranch in Eastern Oregon. This position is for both hospitality and ranch operations. We are a working cow/calf operation looking for someone who values low-stress stockmanship, loves being horseback, hardwork, responsibility, the Western way of life, and who brings a good attitude (and a sense of humor) to the crew. Have to be willing to work weekends. Advanced horseback riding skills are required. Must be 18 years-old to apply. Located in Fossil, Oregon.

Hospitality duties include:

Breakfast preparation
Serving and hosting breakfast
Housekeeping
Groundskeeping
Guest Horseback Rides

The cow-calf ranch duties include:

Responsibilities for 400 head on about 16,000 acres
Calving and branding
Herd rotations on horseback
Irrigation
Rangeland management
Fencing
Horse Care
